Was going to do 6x1k @ 4min-4:15 pace but tried to show off to the middle aged personal training group. Way, way to quick and was exhausted after rep 3. Didn't think it worth the risk to do another two reps. Legs were feeling pretty shit and the calf was tightening a lot.
