Tried to give it a bit of effort but a 4:16 blew me up - needed a rest after that, then hit another 4:14 which killed me. Could have had a nice evenly paced run at 4:30 ish and be done with it but anyway..

Up at 0430 (thanks Ella). Running at 0540 before sunrise. Hit Long Reef headland just prior to sunrise. Had my pants on the wrong way for an hour. Magic run, no pace, but beautiful to be out there. Feeling comfortable and could have gone longer.
