11km Cycle + 1500m Swim

Rode to and from the pool, don't think it took too much longer than driving - few minutes maybe. Forgot my lock though which meant I had to take off the front wheel.

30mins in the pool for 1500m, although I'm not 100% its 25m because they cut the 50m in half.

First run in the Boost Glides. Feel quite good thus far. Pain around the fibula seems to have resolved at the moment. Heart and lungs struggled.
