Tried to, and got, the CR on a strava segment, except I think I cut it short by about 20m. This hammered me. that, and the cold air, had me in a stitch and coughing badly. Needed a few stops.

Have made it through one week of being a Dad, just squeezing in 30mins where I can. Managed to run every day except for the delivery day.

Ran at 8:20pm which is the first time in ages I've run that late. Just looped around a little 1.7km lap.

First run in the Takumi Ren Boost. Super light, feel like there's not much under the feet at all. - will need to play with the lacing as I went a half size up, so not quite a perfect fit.

Real grind. Little sleep and couldn't get the legs moving. Anyway, got a 90 min run done - first time back over an hour in three weeks. very minor hamstring strain from lifting weights, having sore muscles and then stretching.
