18 seconds for 100m seems to be about as fast as I can go. Definitely don't have natural speed. First time I've done strides and they are supposed to be quite relaxed, yet fast, running. Started out like that but then wanted to see what pace I could get. Nice to see the Garmin go under 3min per km, albeit for about 2 seconds.
