Strength: Week 5: Day 1

Jog - butt kicks, skips, high knees
6 x 30m hill jogging
3 x 10 Reverse push ups on rings
1 x 10+10 single leg bridges (8 sec hold at top)
2 x 15+15 donkeys
1 x 5+5 Single leg lean forwards

Feeling a tad undermotivated. A bit pissed about the Hyperspeeds, seem to be moving around on my feet and not quite fitting properly.
