Avg Pace: 6:15min/km
Quite easy pace. Included stoppage times, which were a lot. Two pee stops within the first 4km plus numerous traffic lights and a bit of a stretch stop at 10km point. So the actual running pace was probably slightly quicker. Tightened up on the right TFL/hip area at about 4km point and just ran with it and tried to stretch where I could. Not sure if its something to do with running with the backpack that alters form or what.
Polished off a 600ml chocolate milk for recovery for something different.
