I think the speed work is starting to have an effect. A little faster (again) than programmed. Felt relatively comfortable at this pace - a few sub-5min k's. Not sure if this means the fitness levels have increased. Bit of 'warmth' in the plantar fascia which is a concern. Countdown is on to Mt Solitary, which I hope doesn't destroy my legs like Bedford did.
