Averaged 4:19 for the 18k MP. Relatively hilly in the middle from Shelley up to North Head. Humid and didn't take any water on board until I hit the wall at 18 - was aiming for 20 M but couldn't hang on.

4 x 6k (approx.) loop with a little bit added on. Leg felt good, then shitty, then ok, then bad. Went and got a massage today, trying to keep the body working. Got some good strength exercises from bioathletic yesterday. need to put some effort in to trying to injury proof myself.
