26km Long Run

4 x 6k (approx.) loop with a little bit added on. Leg felt good, then shitty, then ok, then bad. Went and got a massage today, trying to keep the body working. Got some good strength exercises from bioathletic yesterday. need to put some effort in to trying to injury proof myself.
