Jog 300m then;

Quick feet
3 x 30 Mountain climbers
1x10 Bridges
2x8+8 Single leg Bridges
2x10 Clam
2x10 Donkey kicks
1x10+10 Single Leg Lean forwards
2x25 Calf raises (20kg)
2x15 Push ups
50 toe raises
50 wipers

Cool down stretch, jog
