Walk on toes - straight, out, in
Walk on heels - straight, out, in
3x30 mountain climbers
4x10+10 20kg KB swings (2 sets then rest then 2 sets)
3x10 two handed clean and jerk 20kg KB
2x30 Lunges each leg (bodyweight)
50 toe raises
50 wipers
2x15 V-Ups
Jog and stretch cool down
