Like the absolute old school simplicity of Rippetoe's Starting Strength - not going to be specific to running, but squats are the backbone and probably the best exercise for running strength. Am still working on getting the neuro connections back for the cleans. Have always been weak with the press.

Went to a local osteopath who did some adjustments on my foot/ankle. Hopefully will reduce some pain. Seeing him again on Monday. Don't really want to have to pay $300 for an MRI.
