Tried to keep the HR below/at 75% of max - but a brief, but sharp, trip up into the mountain had my heart at max effort. Left calf is sore/tight/DOMS-y. Had a look at this random, giant outdoor rock climbing wall which is cool but I have no idea how you could get ropes to climb it.
