Longest in 4 mths which is good. Legs a bit gassed but overall felt pretty good. Had to take a toilet break at about 7k. Seemed like a reasonably comfortable pace with a bit of effort needed towards the end. Sitting on a bit under 52k for the week. Want to try and sit on about 60k for the next two weeks before hitting an initial endurance phase.
