Set out for a shortish recovery, but enjoyed the scenery too much. Legs felt ok - a bit fatigued, and some tightness in the hip and calf - but nothing too dramatic at the moment which is nice.

A bit stupid having the long run make up 45% of the weekly volume. Two quality sessions this week which is good. Starting to feel slightly better.
