Strength

Very quick strength session. Feeling lazy.

Seated Leg Press: 5x10 - 55 65 75 85 95
Kettlebell Shoulder press: 3x10 12kg each hand
SL Descending Squat: 20+20 x 2
Sit ups: 2x20 on ball
Hollow Rock hold: 3x15secs
