Ticked off 41.5km for the week and can feel it in my calves. Things didn't go to plan, but the plan was adjusted and pretty much got what I was after in the end.
PM: Yoga @ BodyMindLife, Surry Hills, 1.5 hrs of sweatiness. Felt great afterwards.
