First time on the Alter G. Massively uncomfortable in the balls region, like getting a monster wedgie. Ran at around 30-35% of body weight and could still feel the stressie area. So not as healed as I would like. Pulled up a bit sore funnily enough, particularly right hip flexor. Embarrassing to see how shit my legs really are when running.
Probably the worst week of training this year. Just one ride and the alter g. Have nothing right now.
