New orthotics feel ok, just fill the shoe a bit more that the old inner sole. Calf feels tight, and leg aches a bit after. Massage today to try and loosen it up.

First day back. A bit of tightness in the left calf but no sign of pain around the fracture site. Running is so good. Ran on the hard packed paths around the oval. The grass is too soft and the paths are about 700m. A pair of Takumi Sen that I order at the beginning of May turned up today after I got a replacement sent out. So two pairs now.

50min Alter G

First time on the Alter G. Massively uncomfortable in the balls region, like getting a monster wedgie. Ran at around 30-35% of body weight and could still feel the stressie area. So not as healed as I would like. Pulled up a bit sore funnily enough, particularly right hip flexor. Embarrassing to see how shit my legs really are when running.

Probably the worst week of training this year. Just one ride and the alter g. Have nothing right now.
