Reasonably easy going, don't want too much intensity before the weekend. Saw some badly performed CF style workouts happening which was fun.
What program are you using for strength training adrian?
ReplyDeleteI'm not following anything specific at the moment. I need to develop something over the next two months. Im still not sure what though. Torn between squats and deadlifts or bodyweight stuff like pistols and other gymnastic stuff. Need a stronger body before I start a base period next year. Any suggestions?

ReplyDeleteSome cool stuff in that. He even says that if you want to train lower body then you are eventually going to need the barbell. Or like what I am planning. I am doing 5/3/1 for squats,press and pullups (my own invention) And then doing any other movements asassistance. depends on your goals. My main strength goal is to squat 2x bodyweight (150+kg) so my program is built around that.
