Barefoot practice

30 mins Barefoot running

Approx. 5km

Definitely the furthest I've gone barefoot. Hopefully it's strengthening my feet and reinforcing my form.

Did 10 pull ups, 50 push ups (40 in the morning) and some handstand practice as well. I've lost some of the handstand mojo I had.
