First post and first run since the half marathon. Felt pretty good, a bit of tightness at first, bit of left knee twinge. Was quite tired today and didn't really want to go but got antsy sitting at home. Felt slightly bloated during the run.
Pre: Couple of nuts, didn't eat much all day
Post: Magnesium supplement - will eat dinner shortly (Rack of grass fed lamb and bok choy)
