Needed to push the pace on this to remind myself I have some fitness after this weeks horror run of training. Quite a bit of steady downhill. Have never actually run this loop before. Nearly vomited on a cocktail of hill, cow shit, bush fire smoke and jasmine. Very, very close. Calf/achilles still shit. Shoes felt good (w/ orthotics).
