Had a terrible nights sleep and lost an hr due to the daylight savings change. Couldn't work out why it was so dark at 5:30.
Hips and legs tight. Have not been able to hold any good pace during any long runs. Wanted to do 10k at MP, but hit some hills and that was it - nothing close to 4:25s.
